Sara is compassionate, personable, and down-to-earth. Her heart is in marriage and family therapy, as that had the greatest impact on her in her own journey. She has a passion for individual therapy with a focus on identity discovery and goal setting. Whether you meet once or multiple times, her goal is that clients leave her office with a more positive feeling than what they came in with. That they feel seen, encouraged, loved, inspired, and challenged in an empowering way.
Faith is assurance in things we hope for and confidence in things we do not yet see. Hebrews 11:1
I have always had the desire to help others and have had a servant's heart since I can remember. So when I was so positively impacted by therapy during my own hardships, I realized that this was my calling. It is my deepest desire to help others realize their full potential and to see life through a different lens by offering encouragement, hope, love, compassion, empathy, and faith. To walk with them through their struggles and help them believe that they are not alone and that loving and being loved is always a risk worth taking. To help them find the kind of hope that only comes from Christ and on the deepest levels possible. It is in that hope that I know God will work through me to reach every person that I walk with on this journey.
